1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "AGB") apply to all business relationships between Sketch Studio Designs, Alex Ursachi, Bachmannweg 1A, 8046 Zürich (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers via the online shop.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these AGB as part of the contract. Any deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller.

2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to place an order.

2.2 The order is placed by completing the checkout process. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation via email or when the goods are dispatched.

3.1 All products are manufactured using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. The customer acknowledges that 3D-printed objects possess a characteristic surface (visible layer lines and start/stop points). These are technical characteristics and do not constitute defects.

3.2 We utilize sustainable materials (primarily PLA). PLA is a thermoplastic and can deform at temperatures above 55°C. The products must be kept away from intense heat sources, dishwashers, and extreme sunlight behind glass.

3.3 Waterproofing: Unless explicitly stated as "Waterproofed," our vases are intended for decorative use or dried flowers. The Seller assumes no liability for water damage caused by leakage.

4.1 To ensure sustainability, products are manufactured on demand. The production time is typically 3–7 business days.

4.2 Delivery is limited to Switzerland.

4.3 The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer as soon as the package has been handed over to Swiss Post.

5.1 All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). As a small business under Art. 10 Abs. 2 MWSTG, the Seller is not subject to VAT; therefore, prices are "net."

5.2 Shipping costs are added at checkout. 5.3 Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

6.1 Swiss Law: According to Swiss law, there is no general right of withdrawal or return for online purchases.

6.2 Individual Production: Since items are manufactured individually for the customer, returns are generally excluded.

6.3 Defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. In the case of a justified claim, the Seller will provide a replacement or a credit note.

7.1 All designs, models, and images remain the intellectual property of Sketch Studio Designs. Any reproduction or commercial use requires written consent.

8.1 Personal data is used solely for order processing and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG). Data is only shared with third parties (e.g., Swiss Post) as necessary for fulfillment.

9.1 Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages.

9.2 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., supply chain disruptions or power outages).

10.1 The contract is governed exclusively by Swiss Law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.2 The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
