As we follow a made-to-order philosophy, your products is printed specifically for you in our Zurich studio.

• Production: 3–5 business days

• Shipping: 2–3 business days (PostPac Economy)

• Total Estimate: You can expect your order within 5–8 business days.

Policy: Because our products are manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Minor variations in texture and color are characteristic of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Damages: If your item arrives broken or significantly defective, please contact us at contact@sketchstudiodesigns.ch within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of both the product and the original packaging.

Resolution: For verified damages, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
